TERMS & CONDITIONS WARRANTY TERMS & CONDIDTIONS Save as stated herein, where applicable and in accordance with their terms and conditions, all products sold to consumers in Malta carry the 2-year EU and Maltese legal warranty. Batteries shall, however, be covered by a 1-year warranty. To be able to avail yourself of these warranties, you will need to provide us with details of your item, including the model number and proof of purchase. You can find this information on our original receipt/invoice. This acts as your guarantee, so please keep it safe. Note that the warranties are on a ‘return-to-base’ basis. You are thus requested to bring all products which are/are suspected to be faulty to our premises for inspection by us, and such at your own cost and expense. Our warranties provide cover against manufacturing defects through normal use. This means that if a defect becomes apparent during the warranty period, depending on the type of defect, product and coverage, we will attempt to repair your product free of charge, including all parts and, or labour according to the warranty period stipulated.
