We are excited to share that our delivery services are accessible to customers living in both Malta and Gozo. As part of our commitment to providing a positive shopping experience, we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery for orders that exceed the total of 100 euros. This means that if your order meets or surpasses this amount, you will not incur any shipping fees. However, for those orders that are below the 100 euro threshold, please note that there will be an additional shipping charge of 8 euros applied to your total. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your purchases. If you’re not completely happy, we're happy to provide an exchange to better meet your needs. You may return items within 15 days of receiving them for an exchange or a full (minus shipping/delivery charges), provided they meet our Return Conditions. RETURN CONDITION

Items must be returned in NEW condition, meaning they should be unused, untested, and resalable. Please ensure that all returns include the original manufacturer packaging, along with all accessories, kit components, promotional items, and instruction manuals. As a general guideline, we recommend returning items in the same condition they were received. Kindly note that customized orders not eligible for returns or exchanges, and any charges associated the return of items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Items that need to be returned must be brought back to store in person. It is important to ensure that you have associated receipts and warranty documents with you at the time of return to facilitate the process.

Please note that items will only be accepted if the receipt, invoice, or warranty documents are presented. This ensures a smooth return or exchange process for our customers. Thank you for your understanding!
